  • Light scratches, dents and slight discoloration may occur over time, this is normal and does not affect functionality
  • To keep your personalisation (if applicable) looking fresh for as long as possible, we recommend handwashing only. Avoid scrubbing directly over vinyl and do not soak for extended periods. Vinyl is durable but not permanent, natural fading or lifting over time is expected with regular use.

Damaged products that are not used or cared for as we’ve recommended, are not covered under our returns policy.
